Anabolic Diet Breakfast Recipes

When you are on the anabolic diet you need to obviously concentrate on proteins that you eat and always be aware of your carbohydrates as this is the key to getting your body to turn from a carbohydrate burning machine to a fat burning machine.

Eggs are going to be your best choice for any breakfast that you have on the anabolic diet. They are high in protein and fat as well as cholesterol. It is always a good idea to add vegetables when on the anabolic diet not only for getting in some good quality carbs but also to avoid boredom so you can start to be a bit creative when making up your various breakfast recipes.

Avoiding toast or bread is certainly not easy in the beginning but after a few days you will notice that you are no longer hungry or craving a burger or fries like you used to. It may take others a bit longer but that will depend on the speed of your metabolism and how much glucose you already have stored in your muscles.

It is additions like spinach, bell peppers, or broccoli and Brussels sprouts that will make the difference to the way that you look at your normal breakfast. Below are just a few ideas that may help to inspire you so that you can swing into a fat burning machine and start to reap the benefits.

1. Scrambled Eggs with Bacon. Fry bacon in real butter in a pan. Break eggs into a bowl. Beat them up. Fry them with the bacon for a few minutes. Serve.

2. Scrambled Eggs with Whipping Cream. Fry butter in a pan. Break eggs in your blender and add heavy whipping cream (40% fat). Let the foam settle. Pour the mix into your pan. Serve when ready.

3. Scrambled Eggs with Chicken & Cheddar Cheese. Cut chicken breast into pieces and fry it in butter in a pan. Break eggs into a bowl. Pour them into your pan. Scramble the eggs. Add cheese. Serve when ready.

4. Coffee & Whipping Cream. 3 quarters coffee, 1 quarter whipping cream.
